Refund Policy

At Noolagam, every product is crafted with care, woven by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As each piece is handmade, minor variations in weave, pattern, or finish are not defects but reflections of its authenticity and beauty.

However, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied, we offer an exchange or return under the conditions below.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a sizing issue, please email us at hello@thenoolagam.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8870031137 within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear pictures of the product.

We accept return or exchange requests up to 7 days from delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Returned with the blouse piece intact, as originally sent with the saree.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of order.

Once your request is approved via email or WhatsApp, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds & Replacements

• You may choose either a replacement product or a refund in the form of store credit for the product value, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
• For all orders, store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• A nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted for all returns and exchanges.

Please note: Returns and replacements are not available for international orders.

Store Credit Refunds

At Noolagam, we offer refunds as store credit for eligible returns. Store credit will be issued to your registered customer account and can be applied toward any future purchase on our website.

• Store credit is issued within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
• Store credit does not expire and holds its full value for use on any product in our collection.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• To redeem your store credit, simply sign in to your account at checkout — it will be applied automatically.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased from the sale or clearance section
• Products purchased at exhibitions or offline events
• Gift cards

Damages and Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please record an unboxing video when opening your order. This helps us verify and process your claim. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process requests for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to initiate a return and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. Once the original product is received and verified, your exchange will be processed.

Processing Timelines

• Refund approval is communicated after inspection of the returned product.
• Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
