Refund Policy
At Noolagam, every product is crafted with care, woven by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As each piece is handmade, minor variations in weave, pattern, or finish are not defects but reflections of its authenticity and beauty.
However, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied, we offer an exchange or return under the conditions below.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a sizing issue, please email us at care@thenoolagam.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear pictures of the product.
We accept return or exchange requests up to 7 days from delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of order.
Once your request is confirmed via email, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Refunds & Replacements

You may choose between a replacement product or a refund for the product value.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI as per the details you provide.

A nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted for returns and exchanges.
Please note: Return & Replacement is not available for international orders.

Damages and Wrong Items
We request you to record an unboxing video of your order, as this helps us validate any claim of damage or incorrect delivery. Without this, we may not be able to process the request.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to initiate a return and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. Once the original product is received and verified, your exchange will be processed.
